I have friends that I talk to, how do I know if therapy is right for me?"If you find yourself needing to talk to a friend to process situations within your life and it makes you feel better, therapy could be helpful to you. How long does therapy last? There is no real answer for this. Therapy can last as long or as short as you feel is necessary. As a professional I am always open to having this conversation with you, and assisting you with making that next decision.
